Our appointment request tool can be embedded directly into your website, or paired with an Auto1Cloud site, and will accept customer requests for service appointments. Once completed – customer requests will be sent to your email, as well as the auto1cloud communications inbox, so you can follow up with the customer as soon as possible. You can choose a number of settings, such as the minimum days’ notice, blackout dates for holidays, custom responses, and more. We’ll also remind you regularly to follow up!
At this time, appointments are not automatically added into your shop management system; however, we are currently working on integrations with all major systems.
The fact of the matter is your shop can’t be open 24/7. Appointment requests can be made via our tool after hours and on weekends, ensuring that customers can always initiate contact.
